MY STORY
Robert Frost once said: “Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference.”

During these past two years, I have had the privilege of traveling around the world doing what I love most: cooking. It all began with a passion and a sense of wonder for this craft, and slowly, it became my whole world.

I have had the opportunity to experience different kitchens, discover new cultures, and meet people who helped me understand that this world goes beyond itself. It is not only about making food; it is about creating an experience that connects us to the beauty and hope in this world.
In this new year, I find myself in a place of uncertainty where everything becomes possible.
This blog is about that “less traveled road”, the one that may scare us but leads us to an extraordinary place; the one where we get to be who we truly are by believing in ourselves.

For me, cooking has become the vehicle that allows me to walk, run, jump, or even fly along this road of uncertainty and possibility.
It is a journey of constant discovery, where the destination is less important than the soul we put into the path.
